Coaching is a catalyst that can move you toward total life success. Just like an athletic coach, my goal will be to help you become the best you can be. You will set the agenda; I will follow your lead. People seek coaching for many various reasons, but the bottom line is change. I firmly believe you hold the answers to your professional and life issues. I will help you find those answers and encourage you to set specific goals to move you forward. Then I will be your personal cheerleader, providing support, identifying and helping you overcome obstacles, and providing accountability.

because I help clients redesign their lives. I use an integrated approach to coaching that includes your whole life. You cannot segment your personal life from your professional life, no matter how hard you try. If you will strive for success in all areas of your life, you will live with renewed peace and joy!
Coaching issues vary with the client and their individual needs, including life coaching, business coaching, and performance coaching. In many cases, the coach serves as a confidential thought partner for business and life concerns. Coaching issues may include the following, in addition to many others:

· Management strategies
· Work /Life balance
· Job burnout
· Life purpose
· Stress reduction
· Coping with cancer
· Divorce/Grief recovery
The coaching relationship will include 45-minutes sessions via telephone two – four times each month. In some instances, the sessions may be held face-to-face. To gain the maximum benefit from coaching, a minimum contract of three months is usually recommended. Professional fees for coaching services are payable in advance on a monthly basis.
